Literature Text

I looked over at Dominic, who appeared as if he was thinking so hard that his head could explode. I began to chew on my pencil; it was all I could do to stop myself from bursting out laughing at his facial expressions.
As I let out a tiny giggle, he flipped me off.
I had to give the man credit though; he was genuinely trying as hard as he could. He was pretty devastated last time he failed and obviously didn't want to repeat that experience.
Sadly for him, we only had two minutes left before second period.
I had already finished, and was growing ever so bored. With nothing else to do, I watched the arms of the classroom clock slowly rotate; half wishing that it'd tick slower for Dom, and half wishing the bell would just go already.
Looking back over at Dominic, I noticed he was on the last question. He only had 30 seconds left. The suspense was killing me.
Tick.
Tock.
I was so bored; watching Dominic race against the clock was the only way I could entertain myself.
He slowly lowered his pencil on to the paper and began writing what he assumed was the answer, although I couldn't see what.
Just as Dom put the pencil down, the bell rang. I sprang to my feet and gave the teacher my test before running out the classroom and grabbing my bag.
Dominic followed soon after, but not quite as enthusiastically. He seemed relieved it was over, but also slightly anxious as to what he got.
"We've got English next," I said, trying to get his mind off the exam we just did. "We're watching Stardust."
He rolled his eyes. "Again? Surely they have other movies."
We turned and walked towards the English compartment, visions of As and Bs dancing through our minds.
Too god damn short damn it
Whatever, more plot development. There'll be more next chapter.
No. Seriously. I swear.
